EXPRESS DELIVERY - Next working day tracked service (does not deliver on weekends) - £6.95 (up to £100) - £8.95 (£100 and over)
INTERNATIONAL - Via tracked service - £18.00
We aim to post your order within 1-2 working days and you will be notified by e mail when your order has been shipped. Express delivery does not get dispatched or delivered on a Saturday. If you need something for last minute or for a particular event, please email us so we can do everything we can to ensure it arrives on time.
Whilst we endeavour to ensure that all the goods shown on our website are currently available, we cannot guarantee this. If items you have ordered are not available, you will be notified as soon as possible and offered an alternative or a full refund. Made to order garments may take longer to dispatch, please refer to the individual garment pages for details. If you live outside the E.U. your goods may be subject to local taxes or import duties, which will be your responsibility to pay. We post via Royal Mail signed for and recorded services and Airsure for Internatinal deliveries.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
If you wish to return an item, you may return your item(s) to us within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund (less postage) or exchange. Simply fill out the Returns form included with your order and send it back with the label attached including the completed form. We ask that the item(s) are returned in their original, as new condition, unworn and unwashed with their tags attached. Items which have been worn, washed or are damaged in any way will invalidate this offer.
CLEARANCE SALE ITEMS ARE NON RETURNABLE AS ADVERTISED (Please read item descriptions for details)
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, please let us know the size you wish exchange it for and this will be dispatched once the unsuitable item has been returned. We offer exchanges on all available stock. Please send back the unsuitable item and on receiving this we will be in touch with regards to a replacement item. Any replacement items that are less than the original cost will have a credit note issued for the outstanding amount. Any replacement items higher than the original cost will have the outstanding amount added to your order.
If you believe an item to be faulty, you may return it for a full refund. You must return your item(s) to us within 14 days of receiving your order.
Items purchased in the Sample Sale are non returnable as stated.
To return an item, please enclose completed Returns form and attach the provided Address label to package. Simply take to your local post office to send.
