When will I receive my order and how much is the postage?

You will receive your order within five working days, usually sooner. We send everything by lst class post and the cost is £4.95.  For items to be sent abroad the cost is £8.00.

Is my payment secure?

Yes, we use a SSL secure server for our payments so you can relax.

Which cards do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards.

What if I don’t like something or it doesn’t fit?

You are welcome to return goods within 14 days of receiving them for a full refund (less postage) or exchange. Items must be in their original condition, unworn and unwashed with their labels and tags intact.

Supposing I receive faulty goods?

We hope very much this will not happen but if there is a problem with an item please return it for a full refund or exchange.

Do you have a shop?

We don’t have a shop at the moment but are hoping to open one in the future.

Will you pass my details on to anyone else?

No, we do not pass on our customers’ details to third parties.

Where are you based?

We are Somerset Born and Bred along with all of our tweed, designs, concepts and lifestyle.

Do you have a catalogue?

Not as of yet, though we will be sure to be in contact as soon as we issue one!
