We aim to post your order within five working days and you will be notified by e mail when your order has been shipped. Whilst we endeavour to ensure that all the goods shown on our website are currently available, we cannot guarantee this. If items you have ordered are not available, you will be notified as soon as possible and offered an alternative or a full refund.

If you live outside the E.U. your goods may be subject to local taxes or import duties, which will be your responsibility to pay.

Returns and Refunds

If you wish to return an item, you must notify us as soon as possible. You may return your item(s) to us within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund (less postage) or exchange. We ask that the item(s) are returned in their original, as new condition, unworn and unwashed with their tags attached. Items which have been worn, washed or are damaged in any way will invalidate this offer.

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, please let us know the size you wish exchange it for and this will be dispatched once the unsuitable item has been returned.

We offer exchanges on all available stock. Please send back the unsuitable item and on receiving this we will be in touch with regards to a replacement item. Any replacement items that are less than the original cost will have a credit note issued for the outstanding amount. Any replacement items higher than the original cost will have the outstanding amount added to your order.

If you believe an item to be faulty, you may return it for a full refund. You must return your item(s) to us within 14 days of receiving your order.

If you intend to return any item, please contact us first by e-mail, giving your contact details and order number.We strongly advise using a signed for delivery when returning items, as we cannot be responsible for any returns that are lost in the post.

Items purchased in sale are not valid for returns.

Christmas Returns

We have a Christmas returns policy for items bought from 1st November '10, whereby any items purchased from this date up to the 24th December '10, can be returned, in their original state with all tags intact for an exchange/refund/credit up to the 10th January 2011.
